Although LEAP’s principal facilitates the majority of weekly Drama classes, the visiting practitioners and colleagues running the Musical Theatre workshops and one-off sessions are experienced professionals trained in the industry. Their repertoires range from facilitators, teachers, directors, singers, choreographers and actors.

Each member of staff is highly qualified in ensuring that pupils will benefit from their expertise from either a teaching or performance perspective and background. LEAP believes that a range of teaching approaches is highly valued and such diverse experiences in the profession will enhance every pupils passion and excitement in this art form.

LEAP is committed to ensuring a secure and safe environment for their pupils. We are dedicated in guaranteeing that as parents you are comfortable with the school's protection and safety procedures concerning each facilitator, as safety is the key objective when working with children of all ages.

Therefore, we insist that recent CRB checks are carried out on every member of staff and visiting practitioners within LEAP's premises. Furthermore, a facilitator trained in First Aid will also be present throughout the duration of classes.
